The room was very poor. There was no bedside table on one side & the toilet seat was child size & round on a square toilet. The room was tired & worn. Not impressed for a Club king room. Very poor standard & not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was terrible! What hotel does not have bacon on the menu. The only highlight apart from the lovely friendly staff was a great meal in the steak restaurant.

The view of Songdo Central Park and the city skyline was amazing! Location and property were great too, and staff were very friendly. It was oddly challenging to get a bath towel for our child despite a phone call to reception but overall a great stay.

They should not be charging early check in when as we don't have control over flight schedules. When they can easily check us early as indicated on our arrival date, for meeting, they ask for early check in fees.
