This felt like a Holiday Inn with a nice lobby. Not sure how it qualifies as a five star hotel. No bellboys so you have to carry your own luggage. At check in, they tried to charge me more (about 20%) than what the Expedia price was, never happened before. Rooms are large but really dated and not in good condition. Overall, if this was half the price and rated 3 stars I would give it 5 stars… but this was a very overpriced and poor experience (the worst experience we had during our 3 weeks in Korea).

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The room was very poor. There was no bedside table on one side & the toilet seat was child size & round on a square toilet. The room was tired & worn. Not impressed for a Club king room. Very poor standard & not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was terrible! What hotel does not have bacon on the menu. The only highlight apart from the lovely friendly staff was a great meal in the steak restaurant.

The view of Songdo Central Park and the city skyline was amazing! Location and property were great too, and staff were very friendly. It was oddly challenging to get a bath towel for our child despite a phone call to reception but overall a great stay.
