Chris at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was vast and delicious. The only bad thing was an intense dead smell in the hallway on our floor.

Sauna/gym pricing ridiculous

Friday evening, and the bar is closed. £20 charge each time to use the gym/sauna is quite outrageously expensive. Breakfast is good.

Location was great surrounded beautiful park and short walking distance to the lotte mart. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was great it served both authentic korean food and western style breakfast that I enjoyed very much. Front desk person was kind and helpful.
