Beautiful property in a great location. Very spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was lovely although a little tricky to find initially. The host was responsive. We needed to buy olive oil and laundry detergent as wasn’t in the house but otherwise the kitchen/house was well set up .

The townhouse was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to stores and restaurants and convenient to area attractions. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. Would recommend that you pay for the passes to use the private beach if you have the option since parking at the public beaches is limited and access is challenging. Overall a great vacation!

Had a very good July 4 week in Tahoe. Love this unit, location is very good. The unit is well furnished and perfectly clean. Owner was very responsive. Not impressed with Evolve. Not sure what they do for the money they probably take! Every question was amswered by the owner who is AMAZING. Thank you Penny for being such a thoughtful host! Will be back. The only downside are the huge add on charges by vrbo. You really have to consider this when booking any place on vrbo

Wonderful stay

Great location , access to everything you need. Very clean , up to date , and has everything you need. Access to private beach, pool , nice hiking areas . We had a wonderful time hiking , parasailing , zip lining , and bowling ! The communication with the owner was outstanding . We will definitely love to stay here again. !

Great property! It is close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We had a girls weekend and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Loved hanging out on the back patio and using the pool. We had a great weekend and would love to stay here again!

This place is clean, about 5 to 7 minutes away from Diamond Peak, conveniently located to the grocery store (right next to it!), and close to the lake. Looks just like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, responsive host

We had a great stay. There were two families of four people and the condo was a perfect fit. It is a great location, convenient to many of Tahoe's attractions. Penny was extremely responsive to pre check-in questions, which is very appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

Love the location being so close to the grocery store and restaurants... not the mention the beaches. Home was clean and well stocked. We had two adults, two teens and two 11 year olds. We will definitely stay again. Oh... and the host was incredible responsive and helpful. Can't go wrong here!

Such a great place! Clean, supremely comfortable, well stocked with everything you need for a getaway, and walking distance from good food options and grocery stores. The pictures are extremely accurate of the condition and finish of the property, which I find refreshing in a rental. The host was consistently available and the check-in instructions flawless. I can't say enough about how great this rental was/is, from comfortable and well appointed beds, to soft and luxurious towels, to top of the line kitchen appliances, games in the pantry, bumper pool and the list just goes on. Truly wonderful.

The most perfect house! Newly remodeled, immaculate, near to gorgeous beaches.

Our experience was wonderful! This house is immaculate. It is newly remodeled with all upscale appliances, and even a pool table for down time. Any amenity you can imagine to make your stay comfortable, is here as well! The home is close to serene, private beaches that you have access to. The beaches fit all needs, with playgrounds and snack shacks, volleyball courts, and even one private beach with a pool (as well as a toddler pool). There is also a hot tub and pool included on the grounds of the home itself. The house is located next door to a lovely grocery store and many places to dine. Tahoe Rim Trail offers many hikes for all levels, and it is just 5 miles away. The hiking is absolutely gorgeous here. The contact personnel is always available to make suer your stay goes perfectly. Evolve does a superb job of running the rental and making sure to be available for all questions on the spot. Our family (with 5 children) will be sure to stay here each time we visit Tahoe! We travel a lot, and we owe a big shout out to the owner and evolve, for making our stay one of a kind! Thank you.
