For the most part the hotel was acceptable. We were disappointed that the rooms were not connected or even on the same floor for that matter. The breakfast buffet was adequate but started to run out of items and coffee an hour before it was scheduled to close.

Heat not working and bed bugs

The first night, the heat did NOT work and at 3 am they moved me to another room so I did not really sleep much. The next room I was in had BED BUGS. I found a big one, alive in my bed. I had already showered and I packed up my stuff and RAN out. I was so upset that I threw up in their lobby! Hotels.com did refund my company
