I requested a cancellation (paying for refundable,in case I got delayed) after arriving to the motel there wasn't anywhere to park the vehicle with trailer attached. Holiday inn Express was booked, luckily the Days inn had a room . I never checked in . Once I submitted cancellation upon arrival expedia reply was it was after check-in time. So you let me book the room, offer refundable,never check in , dishonored your refund and make me submit a claim. UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL OF MY CURRENT AND FUTURE TRAVELS WITH THIS SITE USING ANOTHER PROVIDER. THANKS!!

Beautiful property. Great value, comfortable beds and great rooms. The staff was amazing!. The pool and spa were great! The jacuzzi room was also a perk. Ours wasn't working, and they immediately fixed it! Restaurant close by, coffee in the lobby muffins wtc dor purchase. Worth the money, Such a great spot on our road teip!
