Terrible!

Check in was not good. Someone else was in our room because they mixed up names. Room was musty, filthy, toilet was not clean, old food on floor. Stained bedding. And best of all cockroaches in the coffee maker. We checked out early.

Don’t stay here!

The guests that I booked the room for state that they walked inside and were assaulted by the horrible sites, pungent smell, and lack of service. They went into the room and immediately walked out, finding the room, hotel lobby, and common areas to be extremely unacceptable. They refused to sit on any furniture and wanted to leave as soon as possible. They felt it was a safety and cleanliness concern to be in the facility. It took them a longer than it should to check out, due to the front desk clerk being outside on a smoking break for two hours. She conveniently left the hotel phone off the hook on the counter. My guests also said that they had never smelled the “combination of mold, mildew, stale cigarettes and cat pee,” before. The photos apparently also don’t do it justice. All of the windows and doors in the building were left open 24/7 due the extreme heat in the hallways. They said it was 100 degrees easily in the building, due to faulty air conditioning. Also, the pool is located in the middle of the lobby indoors to a lovely carpeted surrounding that absolutely reeked of mold. They left and chose a Hilton instead. TLDR: if you do not want to sleep in a sweaty sauna that smells like a ungodly molded litter box and ashtray combination and hasn’t been cleaned since 1990, here is NOT where you want to be.

I believe because it was hot entrances were open, little bugs keep appearing in the room. Flies were flying in my room you kill it the next minute another comes in. The staff on duty was nice, when I asked for a change to my original room, I went up and the heat in the corridor was very high which make it feel like you are burning so I decided to just stay in the one downstairs because the corridors downstairs was ok but the room was not good. Bed was comfortable. I had no appetite due to the are not been clean so I didn’t even make an attempt to try breakfast. Receptionist was very nice I must say.

The cheapest place we could find to stay, and it wasnt great. Staff was nice and we got the sleep we needed, but there is a crack in the wall in the bathroom and poor paint job, the hallways and lobby had no a/c. Place needs some major updates. Price point isnt great for what you get.

Facility was dilapidated and had peeling wallpaper in the hallways because there is no air conditioning in any part of the property other than inside the rooms. Majority of the property was uncomfortably hot. Doors that should be closed and locked at night were propped open 24 hours a day due to the excessive neat inside. Box fans were seen everywhere throughout the property including approximately 12-15 in the bar/restaurant. Staff members were uncomfortably sweating while taking care of the guests. Room was surprisingly clean and comfortable and the staff members were very nice and welcoming…..that was the ONLY upside to this property. I would not reccomend this property to anyone. I expected so much better quality and conditions from a Wyndham property. They should be ashamed.

Staff was friendly enough. The tv remote was the filthiest thing I’ve seen. Looked like it had remnants of someone’s old sauce on it, like a black greasy substance. So disgusting. I was afraid to touch it. And the fabric chair was so gross - no way I would sit on it. I should have paid more money and stayed at the Hampton. I rarely leave reviews but this place was pretty bad.

Totally nasty. Mold in bathroom but forgot to take pic. Grossness growing out of the ceiling. No air conditioning in building except in room. Huge check in hassle. Wanted to use credit card for room deposit and then pay cash. We’re told no we couldn’t do that. If we wanted to pay in cash we had to pay cash deposit of $200 for each room. It was absolutely ridiculous. Bar was okay. No elevators. Had to drag luggage up 3 flights so stairs. Will never stay again or recommend.
