Bedspread clearly had not been washed as it had a crusty white stain on it. Underneath the other bedspread were bedbug carcasses (I have photos). It was also clear that everything was just a bit dirty. Even the little card that they put your keys in had been obviously reused over and over which is unsanitary.

A good place

We were looking for a comfortable stay for one night and this worked super well. Our room had a separate sitting area that allowed us some comfortable tv watching and space to spread out. The breakfast was fine, with the basics. The whole place was VERY clean. I’d stay here again.

We were able to reserve a 2 BR suite for $90 in Indianapolis IN. I was very impressed the rate for the suite. Very comfortable, clean,and quiet. Staff was very nice making our stay excellent. Will check on other Baymonts for similar room fees frst in the future. Thank you Valerie Lewis

Would Stay Here Again

No complaints about the hotel. Was clean, a little outdated if updated furniture and carpet matter to you. (They dont to me) Close to just about everything you need. Staff was friendly, water was hot, air conditioning nice and cold, and quiet neighbors. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean just dated in a few areas. Breakfast had several hot a cold options including waffles. Area was quiet the night we were there and convenient to restaurants etc

Not at all what was expected. Drove up to the property and immediately had regrets. Didn't have a choice but to stay. Front desk person was friendly when I arrived but that was the only time I ever saw anyone at the front desk as I was entering or leaving the building. The lobby area entering the hallway smelled musty and like a wet dog. I also slept on sheets that had blood stains on them, which unfortunately weren't noticed by me until the end of my stay. I quickly checked out and left the keys in the room as there was no one to be found that I could alert of this manner and it was too late at that point to have anything done in regards to the sheets. The bedding was also uncomfortable, thin, and old. The pillows were worse than sleeping on a bag of hay and while the shower was hot and had good water pressure, lots of hard water stains were on the faucet and there were cracks in the tub lining. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.
