Pool was filthy and overcrowded started to smell like sewage, talked to front desk told me to either swim or it will be shut down. No towels both times we were at the pool. No maintenance staff to address the issue of the overflowing of floor in pool area. Poor internet connection. Cops showed up. Rooms overcrowded with 6 kids in each room. Terrible experience. No toilet paper in room either

Regret

The bed was decent, room itself was clean but dated and tattered. There were holes in the curtains and the bathroom floor is in disrepair with several cracks in the tile. We had to keep the door to the bathroom shut as it smelled akin to the zoo. I wish I were exaggerating, my boyfriend thought the same thing. The building wreaked of cigarette smoke yet it was supposed to be non-smoking. We weren’t able to visit the pool as it was packed the entire time, which is not the hotels fault, but it was also poorly lit. Would not stay again or recommend.

Less than satisfied

Hotel is very ran down. Location is in a dead end road in the back of an industrial complex. Bathroom's are extremely small. Had to ask for linens and coffee. Heater squeaked all night long. Kids running down hall most of the night. Pool and hot tub was full of kids who were not being chaperoned. Definitely will not stay at a Baymont again.
