I arrived at the hotel and was told the elevator was not working, while being placed in the 3rd floor and having to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs at 65 years old..One half of the hotel was closed off, from the outside of the hotel it looked like a homeless shelter, with curtains hanging off the the room ...I immediately called Expedia for a refund..and still waiting on there response!
