This is a fairly new place. Location is excellent for local events & visiting friends family in NE Indianapolis. It is quiet, there is a walking trail behind property & close to restaurants. We had stayed in one of the owner’s rentals last year & we were pleased with accommodations. We were terribly disappointed with the beds & furniture this year. The mattresses were way too firm for us, just a matter of preference, but we were sorely disappointed after such good night sleeps last year. The furniture was ok, but not very comfortable. If you will not be spending much time there, it is fine. The location on second floor was great & even though it was located almost next to the elevator, we were not bothered by noise like in a hotel.
