This was the worst possible experience pool heater wasnt working even though staff said it was room ac didnt work was told my suite was on ground floor and got there and it was on second floor they have no elevator so my blind wife had to go up stairs which made her every uncomfortable

The mini fridge still had dirt in it from the last people who stayed in the room. They didn’t check their complementary soaps and we had half used shampoo in our bathroom. They also had stained up linen in our bathroom. They also have drinks for purchase but it’s cash only and you can’t charge it to your room very inconvenient. Definitely won’t return to this location. Also the complimentary breakfast is all from boxes which is no big deal but at least make sure it’s warm enough to eat!

Blood stained bathtub

It was ok nothing special nothing horrible except for the BLOOD stains in the shower! Not making this up. Corners had blood in the mold and stains in the middle of the tub. They been there a long time and it’s absolutely gross.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room because that’s what was available. The shower sprayer was broken and would not properly stay on its handle. The clear mat available for use in the shower was filthy and covered in soap scum. The bed was clean but there were just little random pieces of things in the floor (hair, fuzz, what looked like tissue pieces, etc.). We were told there was free hot breakfast but got there within the time frame it was open and there was no more available. The people working the front desk didn’t exactly seem thrilled to be working there. It was okay for the one night we stayed there but wouldn’t stay again.
