Nice but no pool as advertised

Well it was a nice looking place, but they were understaffed in the restaurant which put our entire team behind because it took forever so we did not eat there on the second morning. My team was very disappointed as the website shows the hotel with a pool in the pictures, but the staff said they took it out years ago.

Start out wrong, but it later went right!

My overall stay was great! Check in was not, the tall, thick, middle aged black gentleman that checked us in was a little abrasive. He was not friendly and I do not believe he smiled once. He did not see our second room and we had to tell him. With no apologies he acted as if it was due to it being under two different names, instead he should have asked what my name was and locating it, with a smile. Overall, I left that desk not feeling welcome by this establishment, it was late and I was too tired from my meeting to care. Your other staff was amazing and made up for our check in experience. I hope your check in person feels better with whatever he is going through in life. Thank you.

We stay here when we fly out of Indy Airport because we can leave our car in the safe parking lot for $5 per night & take the free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle promptly brings us back when we return, we get in our car & leave. Perfect!!! Also, the staff is very polite, and the accommodations are spotlessly clean!! 👍👍
