The room was cold. I changed the thermostat to heat and set to 75 degrees and it was still cold. We slept with layers of clothing. The drain in the sink was also stuck. It wouldn’t open. We had to spit in the toilet and use the bathtub faucet. I didn’t want to call maintenance because it was late at night and I didn’t want anyone coming to the room.

Just wonderful!!! The engineer/houseman was so kind!!!! (Older gentleman with a salt and pepper beard… I’m horrible with remembering names) he made my daughter and I feel welcomed and cared for upon our departure. Thank you!

The room was clean, but seemed a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The room I stayed in had a very noticeable draft coming in through under the curtains. Because it was so cold outside, the room HVAC was not able to warm up the room. Jenny at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful with everything i needed. Overall nice hotel, and would stay again.

Was able to use check in late and use the fitness center after midnight. Downstairs hall had no staff in sight around that time and was cold (outside was 22 degrees). Room itself was fine but spartan, and bed sheets were too thin (we were cold). Basically this location served the purpose (5 mile drive to rental car return in the morning) and does look more grand than it needs to, but felt surprisingly deserted for a Thanksgiving Sunday. We might stay again due to the convenience.
