I frequently stay at Drury Inn. I generally love the facilities and amenities. Unfortunately, this particular Drury Inn did not live up to my expectations. This is a large hotel and only ONE elevator worked. When questioned a manager about my concern he said that it had been out since JANUARY! He told me corporate knows and has not fixed it as of yet. Then walked away. Due to the constant congestion in the area of the elevators, I'm sure he has heard his share of complaints. I booked a room for three nights and was staying on the third floor with two small grandchildren and a large stroller. I had to attempt getting the children and stroller up and down the stairwell when we wanted to leave. Needless to say this place was a nightmare for us. I doubt I will use Expedia or affiliates to book again, because I want to speak to a manager at specific motels to make positive all facilities are in working order before booking. Expedia did not help reimburse me or "make things right" and the reward program is a joke. I will use the app for customer reviews before booking directly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Towels were clean and nice. Breakfast had lots of options. The hotel was crowded this day, but the staff was doing a good job to keep food items stocked. It was obvious the hotel had extra staff to deal with the crowd. One of two elevators was down. It was somewhat inconvenient, but not bad.

The only negative experience was that the elevator was broken, leaving only one elevator. The pool was extremely packed due to spring break, but that can't be helped. It was a nice experience for the most part. The food was really good too!

It's not my 1st stay here and each time has been great, but this stay there was only 1 elevator working so getting to and from my room was a very long wait unless I took the stairs which was not convenient when ready to come and go and at checkout

Bet hotel and service

Our stay was amazing, the hotel was so much more than a hotel. We were served dinner and free drinks for adults popcorn for the kids. The rooms we big and the beds were so comfy I didn't want to leave. I will never stay at another hotel if Drury is an option.

Good comfy place to stay

Receptionist was very friendly at check-in. Staff was all helpful. Beds were so comfy! Room could have been cleaner, wiped off tables and counters. Shower was hot. Kickback and breakfast always good. Pool and hot tub were packed every day/night we were there. One elevator didn’t work so took the stairs most times. Hotel is convenient to I-65, lots of restaurants nearby and a quick drive downtown.

Clean, comfortable & friendly

Very nice, comfortable, friendly motel. Despite it being very close to the highway, the noise wasn’t too bad (but people sensitive to road noise might want to request a room opposite highway or wear earplugs). Pool is relatively small for the size of the motel and over Spring break it was packed with kids having lots of fun (but not really suited for older folks wanting to do early morning laps). This was my first stay at a Drury and the wonderful buffet at breakfast AND dinner was an unexpected treat.
