Both Expedia website and their website said that the room I booked had a sofa bed. Upon arrival we were told after the remodel they do not have sofa beds at all in any rooms any longer. We had to squeeze 3 full grown adults into one bed and a small, hard, chair as there were no other rooms available. We were also charged a $50 insurance fee without warning until questioned about it. The property made no move to reimburse or to make amends for the lack of accommodation and incorrect/lack of information on their part. Had I known this I would have booked a double room or gone somewhere else entirely.

Upon checking in, I discovered that my room was not properly cleaned. I requested that the bathroom be cleaned, but my request went unanswered for two days, even after I spoke to four different staff members, including the manager. Finally, the manager herself came to my room and cleaned it. I was disappointed that it took so long, but I was also grateful that we had a clean room for at least one day. Needless to say, I will not be booking this hotel again in the future.

I think hotel was having an off day, but lots of things seemed to go wrong for our stay. The front desk did mention that they were short on staff, but we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready even though it was after check-in time. The pool area never had any towels, and was very dark once the sun went down. Breakfast was ok, not great. There was a big pink wet spot on our floor that looked like maybe it had been cleaned, but was not ideal. Only 1 elevator was working.

There was no stay. Arrived at 7pm. Was told still trying to clean rooms. Lobby full with guests waiting for rooms. Check in was at 3 and 4 hours later, no room. 8pm still no room available with no eta. Totally unacceptable. All the front desk offered was to cancel my reservation. I heard guests asking for towels and them saying they were trying to wash them. A guest saying he had no seen housekeeping in over 3 days. If you’re that understaffed, maybe you shouldn’t keep accepting reservations.

Purchased a room online at 5pm while driving from Baltimore. Weather and traffic held us up. We arrived at 6am. I understood that check out was only a few hours later but expected to get a quick nap and shower. The front desk informed me that I was too late to check in. They gave me no refund and told me too bad so sad.
