The room was good and unexpectedly one for wheelchairs, though could have used some maintenance on a support bar. The staff was friendly and relatively helpful. My search prioritized a pool which upon arrival was broke. Felt that should have been posted with Expedia or from Hampton Inn. The side entrance walkway way snow packed and the area inside should have had a rug due to slippery tile.

For our one night stay, our room was very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs. The staff member we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating in our request for a room on a specific floor. It was in a convenient location for us as well.

I'm giving it a 3 stars only because the breakfast was so good and the staff was very friendly. I was very disappointed to find the pool was closed. This happened another time we tried to stay at a different Hampton. I also booked a room that was supposed to sleep up to 5-6 people only to find there was no sofa bed. Since it was only a 1 night stay we made due. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Very tough to get a good clean shower. I think I will start staying at a different hotel chain. I did not have this experience staying at a Holiday INN. I understand maintenance is important but I wish Hotels.com would alert you when there are amenities that are not available.
