Room bathroom floor was flooding from shower they moved us to a smaller room and did not get any money even though the smaller room was cheaper. Then the next rooms we moved in to the sheets and pillows were wet and had blue stains assuming from laundry detergent we called front desk once we noticed and an hour later had to call again to ask for clean sheets. So the response time was unacceptable.
