Front desk was below average

The first night we were put in a room that we didn't book. The front desk person didn't even know what the rooms actually looked like. The second night the front desk was still giving me the run-around, but I was able to get a manager to put us in the room we booked. Other than that it was a good stay.

Has everything you need

Loved our stay, the one bedroom set up was perfect and the hotel had every accommodation we needed. Pool, gym, laundry, bar/food open late, awesome buffet included and full kitchen with dishes/cutlery etc. Lots of great food/hangout/shopping options right next door. We come to Indy yearly for the 4th of July and will stay here again!
