No follow up from front desk

I had 3 uncomfortable encounters with the front desk staff. My room wasn’t ready at check-in and I had to wait 30+ min to get in. I was told I would get a text message when the room was ready. That didn’t happen. I had to revisit the desk and I had to recheck in. My room was never cleaned. When I requested cleaning I was told housekeeping left for the day but they would check. No one followed up. I made a 2nd request and was told they would get to it but they are busy. Again my room was never cleaned. The front desk staff didn’t seem interested in solving any my issues, they weren’t warm or friendly, actually very stoic and matter of fact. This was my first time experiencing this type of behavior from this hotel brand.

Fever fans repeat stays at Hyatt House

This was a 3rd stay, 3 nites, aligned to Indiana Fever game and wedding anniversary. Property’s proximity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse (literally across the street) is a huge plus. Also Hyatt House mini-suites with kitchenettes is an opportunity to save on some meals. The service personnel were dramatically better ( at least 4 of 5, some 5+). Some issues seems weird for a facility that owns this space: crap paper products(we brought our own TP), HVAC system never reaching desired temps, unaware of broken furniture. Bed, pillows and linen excellent. Road noise on 9th floor. Prices here are apparently demand-based so the more happening in the area, the more expensive it gets. On premise restaurant (not affiliated but connected) closed. Lame room service choices. We will likely continue to look here, but may more closely look at options.

Our suite was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The entire staff was friendly and attentive! We enjoyed the Pivot bar and restaurant. The bartenders were personable and wanted the guests to relax and enjoy. The food was delicious, and the outside terrace was a great spot. The continental breakfast was the best we've ever experienced! Lots of options and fresh food. Amazing! The staff attending to the breakfast was amazing as well! They went above and beyond and took pride in their work! Great hotel and great stay!

Perfect Fever Getaway

Everything was great. Room was good and breakfast was amazing. Just across the street from Gainbridge fieldhouse so it made it the perfect place to stay for the Fever game.
