Very filthy. The lobby and pool seemed to be a hang out for people not staying at the hotel. The friendly staff advised me at check in that the coffee and juices were available 24/7 but they were all empty and the area was trashed. The room seemed ok, but carpet and bathroom were sticky. Coffee maker in room was missing pod tray so I couldn’t make coffee in room. Would not recommend ever.

This was a last minute booking -they had a room & were accommodating. The shower in the room was broken. Staff was responsive to this in that they made a shower in another room nearby available to us. It had to be cleaned first & housekeeping did so right when they got in @ 7. Unfortunately we did not get to use the shower due to the delay- we needed to be on the road at a certain time. We truly appreciated the staff’s efforts with the situation.

CAR BROKEN INTO & ZERO COOPERATION FROM STAFF. First night of our trip our car was broken into with a bunch of our valuables stolen. We contacted the front desk and hotel manager to see if we could get camera footage. The manager said he would look that day and give us a call when he found something. He told us they installed brand new cameras the week before and assured us that there would be some footage of what happened. Long story short we never got a call that day. We stayed 3 more nights and asked the front desk every chance we got if there was anything. It was excuse after excuse. Our last day we checked out and asked to see it right there and then before we left. They made the excuse that only the manager had the video on his phone and he wouldn’t be there until later. We called after a few hours and the female working the front desk hung up on both of us once we stated why we called. We gave it another hour or so and called again, they had blocked both our phone numbers. All we wanted was some answers.

Recent painting had paint splatters on the door left a solid line of paint on the tiles. Sloopy paint job makes one wonder if the same quality of work extended to other areas.

Staff friendly. Did not feel safe inside the hotel at times. People would walk in the hotel at random hours through the night with cash and leave several minutes later. Throughout the day, random people would just come in the hotel and sit in the lobby for hours.
