Cheap, but keep your deadbolt on!

Was in town for only one night to attend a family function. The check-in was a little off putting, initially, (it's a computer screen in a box similar to a stand-alone ATM) and a person appeared to walk me through the process which included taking: my picture, a picture of my ID, and my payment, before presenting me with a room key. We had 2 rooms and when we went up, my sister's room was already occupied! Yes, we opened the door with our issued key and there were people in bed! The mix-up was cleared up quickly, but it was quite shocking to say the least and a reminder to keep our deadbolt on when we were in the room. Other than that the place was much, much cheaper than any other hotel in the area and it was clean. It was also undergoing renovations, which may have been the reason for the lower rate.

I walked in and room was on third floor. I got upstairs and the smell of weed was overpowering. Hallway window was open (40 degrees outside). Went to room and it smelled like smoke even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking rock. I walked out and found a different hotel. Frustrated because I cannot get my money back.

Great Hotel! Highly Recommend!

This is not your typical Motel 6. The hotel is so much better than we expected. Clean rooms, newly renovated and well maintained. Close to restaurants and the freeway. Friendly and professional staff and way better than any typical Motel 6. Highly recommend to all!

I left a valet cart in my room due to being in a hurry. During my business that I was attending to in Indy they called me 3 times about the cart. I told them it was in my room. I told them on a RECORDED call to not enter my room. They did NOT have permission. I return later that evening found they had in fact come in my room unlawfully and took the cart and $1000 in cash. They entered illegally. Someone needs to contact me about this.

This is an old hotel that is gradually being upgraded. The room and hallway on my floor were clean but the lobby and outside are not too great. There is no breakfast or even coffee.

No live person to check-in-had to use remote terminal.No refrigerator or microwave in the room. No free hair shampoo or facial tissues in the room.Had to have the TV remote control replaced it was broken.Tv menu to select channels was the worst user friendly I've ever experienced. No menu channel names only folders with numbers which means nothing. The floor i had was being repainted. The lobby looked old and dirty.The room however had excellent accent lighting!
