Desk clerk tried to charge me after paying for the room on the app. Got there and there was an additional 60.00 deposit fee. Should be listed on site

Was told I had to make a 60 dollar deposit after paying for the room online. Which nothing about a deposit was mentioned until after I had paid and didn’t have enough for the deposit, which I will add was more than the room itself, when I called to cancel the reservation I was told I would not get a refund so I had to call my father for help with the money. Now that I have checked out I reuested from three different employees to give me a receipt of my stay and a receipt for the deposit and have been told no that I can not receive that or the will tell me I have to speak to a manager who never seems to be available today or yesterday. I wil personally never stay at this hotel again here or anywhere else! I’m still trying to get an email or speak with a manager for the confirmation that they released my deposit so I can actually get my bank to release it now and not a month from now.

Parking was confusing to find. I had to go through another hotels parking lot to get to their parking lot and with the snow it was very hard. Also they took the time to clear by the front door but did nothing to clean the handicap parking so it was very hard to navigate.
