Very sweet check in agent. Air conditioner worked well. Shower door very leaky which may have led to a dingy smell in the room. No big deal. Just may want to ask for extra towels for the great flood that wasn’t able to be avoided. Not the same oppulence I’ve expected out of our usual Omni stays but would stay again for the right rate.

Let’s talk about valet parking. Literally took 45 minutes sitting in a car waiting to get parked, one would assume they would staff better for a colts game. Top that off with housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:00 in the morning, waking us up after a late night game to deliver towels that we didn’t ask for and then saying “oops wrong room” Room was clean and bed was comfy but I will reconsider my hotel choice next time in Indy.
