Paid for a suite and got a normal room and went to the office twice and was told we gave your room to someone else and she was very rude about it!! When I went to the office for check out he said we can’t do anything about it and said that we didn’t have to come back!! We have spent the night there more than 20 times in the past 3 years….that’s thousands of dollars to be treated like trash…..it’s sad that’s how they treat people!!! I will be getting a hold of corporate!!!

The rooms are clean the staff are helpful and attentive and they do their jobs well. This room is comfy , quiet, and the bed is the best part as it is very comfortable. It is inexpensive in comparison to other options around here and it's well kept.

Hairdryer didn’t work, fridge was barely cold, and customer service was awful. The outside around rooms were dirty, buckets at top of stairs and wood . Just not a very clean place at all , disappointed.

We liked the location it's very close to the highway and another main mode of transportation. There's restaurants everywhere gas station right across the street it's quiet even though it's close to the highway it's clean.
