Everything was great except when we wanted to go for a morning swim. The sign said open from 6am to 10pm. When we went to the pool in the morning we were told that it does not open until 10am. We had to leave early in the morning. Breakfast was dispointing. The eggs were prepackaged egg soufflés and paper thin bacon. Staff was great and the room and common areas were clean.

The Residence Inn is a very good location for visiting Eagle Creek Park. We love a suite when traveling for the convenience of having a full kitchen, living room area, and desk. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet, safe area.

The night attendant was extremely pleasant and helpful as she assisted lifting our cart over the door jamb. The room was clean and neat. We had a brief power outage on Friday night, but it lasted only about 5 minutes. The ice maker in the refrigerator was very, very slow, but it did work. Otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one.
