The outside appearance was good. However, I lifted back the sheets, and saw the beds were full of old dirt/food/drink stains and what appeared to be possibly old blood at one point. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to do anything or let me speak to a manager.

I was checked in with a kiosk of a person possibly in another country. There is a language barrier, and we then had to wait for security to walk us to our rooms. No carts, so prepare to carry your things. The basic amenities, a tiny bar of soap, shampoo and fresh towels. This would work for a younger crowd looking to save money. It was Indy 500 weekend and this is the closest I could score in December. So, if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But, it will be a place to stay for a night prior to race day. Book ahead, I believe she said $860 to the couple in front of me that didn’t have a reservation.

The price was over 100 dollars more than I was quoted on hotels com and when I said something at the kiosk he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and refused to budge on the price. Other than that, it was a clean and modern room.

Nasty place, boogers on the ceiling and walls. One pillow for a king size bed, hair on sheets and stains on the blankets. Food in the fridge that was molded. Crust nasty chair in the corner with stains. I do not recommend at all. They have a sign our front to lock your car doors that theybarent response for anything that happens. Not a good location

You check in at a kiosk and speak to someone remotely which was fine. However, if you needed something during your stay (extra towels, roll of toilet paper, etc) you had to speak to someone behind the desk which rarely had anyone there during our stay. And there was no bell to ring to request assistance. I asked the receptionist in the kiosk and was told I needed to check back later to see if anyone was around. Additionally, the room doors do not close slowly or quietly. Doors slamming could be heard at all hours of the day/night. Minimal amenities. Not a bad stay but also not great.
