The Fire alarm went off 2 times scaring everyone and everyone had to go down 6 flights of stairs one was hardly able to walk! Each time was a false alarm due to problems with there alarms.. we had ask several times for towels and wash rags!! Which made us late to a function.. the floors where dirty there was crumbs and food on them.. The service desk was rude ! The food was overpriced and was not good just was a bad experience period. !

Hotel was great except handle to bathroom was broke and would come off. Also house keeping pounded on the door at 9am asking if we were getting ready to check out. Check out was at 11. Access to the mall was great except it closed at 8 so we had to walk outside after eating dinner.

This was a good experience. The room was very clean and the service was great. We added the breakfast option to our reservation. In the morning when we went to the hotel restaurant, we were promptly seated and given the breakfast menu. Service was prompt and fast. I sure do wish that Sheraton still offered the breakfast buffet. In the past when we visited the Indianapolis Sheraton, we always looked forward to the breakfast buffet - it was exceptional. Overall we had a very good experience. Thanks to the Indianapolis Sheraton team!

Horrible! On Hotels.com it said you are dog friendly..When we got there you guys said you were not...I had to sleep in the car with my dog. Instead of the hotel room
