I love staying here whenever I come into town. The staff id always helpful and kind. They had upgraded my stay with a BIG room and I just didn't feel comfortable in that much space alone I asked to be moved to a smaller room and there was no problems in doing that for me! I will always recommend Wingate by Wyndham to anyone I know going to Indiana....

Pool bottom was covered by paint chips. Fan in pool area hand a constant high pitched squeal. Ice bucket had no liner and mold inside. Power outlet by the bed didn’t work. “Blackout” curtains let lots of light around the ends. Shower was plumbed backwards, with hot and cold reversed. On the plus side, Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Only issue i had here was that the tub and sink didnt drain well at all. Wad to wait nearly 10 minutes for the tub to drain from a bath and the sink would fill in 2 seconds of the water being turned on and take a minute or 2 to drain.

I'd booked the room for 3 days after the first day we were there. All you could smell through. The hotel was marijuana and I'd said something to the staff and they acted like it was no big deal. People live in the hotel that work there and they come to work completely disgusting and dirty. And so we left and then they wouldn't give us our money back for the days that we ended up not staying there. It's just odd and completely ridiculous

Was older, but looks to be in the process of being updated. We were on the 3rd floor, and stepping off the elevator the floor was very noticeably bowed. Elevators could definitely use an overhaul, one was even out of order while we were there.

Rod iron in the window where convience items were sold, scratched up sign in the elevator (stay safe sign....scratched up), hallway flooring not secured on second floor.... laminate floor not secured....new too. Then once in the room the bathroom was dirty. Shower needed to be cleaned. After being there for 10 minutes decided to find a different (cleaner and safer) hotel. Still waiting for hotel to contact me regarding my stay.

Good stay

We were there for 4 days as my husband had a surgery in IU and graduation of my daughter. My kids like the hotel because breakfast is included and had a pool. The hotel is very clean and I don't have any complaints on it. And Sam's is just nearby to the hotel . We would stay here again.
