Great stay

Great place, with a great host and communicator. Very conveniently lovated and just like the pictures. Heads up the bathroom in the main room doesnt have a door so if youre expecting to share that bathroom ne aware. A bit long of a walk to coachella/stagecoach but if youre willing to jump the fence we saw ppl doing it and it probably saves time. If not, expect about 2 miles from the entrance of the coachella grounda

The host, Leo, was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

Easy!

Leo was very helpful. Check in and out was very easy! Home was very clean and beautiful. We booked because of the location for MLS Preseason games at the Empire Polo. We will be booking again next year just because how welcoming the host is! 5 stars on everything.

Festival Fun

THE GOOD: Leo's place is very clean and generously stocked with towels, paper goods, fridge and cooking supplies. Also provided lots of toiletries which was a plus and appreciated. We appreciated the prompt responses from Leo when question arose. He's a great host. The rugs are super comfy and A/C settings are not locked so we were able to stay comfortable despite the heat. An added bonus was the stage proximity. We were able to sit on the patio and hear soundchecks so that was fun!!! NOT SO GOOD: We solely rented this place based on the photo proximity to the Empire Polo Grounds for a festival. PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON PHOTO for walking distance. There is no access via the property to Avenue 50 and no transponder is provided for south gate exiting. The main gate entrance is almost a mile to the north (20-minute walk). And then the festival entrance is another two miles south from entrance. There were neighbors offering golf cart service to main gate for $20/person or down to campground site for $50-80 depending on day. If you have a large party, Leo does have a driver for $225. It generally took at least an hour walking (or 45 minutes combo) to get to the entrance so plan accordingly. Driving was an option but an hour to get out, too.
