The main living room includes comfortable seating, a TV, and a fireplace, while an open layout makes it easy to connect throughout the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor amenities including a salt water pool, large hot tub, mini golf putting green, firepit, backyard games, bbq, and all the sun the valley provides!

There is garage parking for 2 vehicles, the driveway fits 4 additional vehicles, and there is ample free street parking in front of the house.

-The City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing valid government ID, license plate/ vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group.
-Spa heat is included; Pool heat is available for an additional fee, please request 24 hours in advance
- Please note occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
-Maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets are subject to a fine of $500 per pet.
