Need more space? Attached to the casita is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that can also be rented. This option is ideal for larger groups or families who require additional room while maintaining close proximity. Ask us for the booking link. Please be aware that the main house may be rented separately during your stay in the casita. As the casita shares a wall with the main house, occasional noise from the main house and garage may be heard.

☆ Other Things to Note:

• The home is located in a gated community, there is a guard gate to access the neighborhood. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 1 car.

• Trash is taken every Monday morning.

• Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay.



☆ Pet-Friendly Stays- We’re happy to welcome your furry friends — dogs only — for $100 per pet, per stay. You may bring one dog up to 60 lbs or two small dogs with a combined weight under 60 lbs. The pet fee helps cover the extra cleaning needed for pet hair. Please note: if additional messes (such as urine or accidents) are left behind, an extra $200 cleaning charge will apply. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pup and avoid leaving pets unattended in the home, as barking can sometimes disturb our neighbors. Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with a pet — we can’t wait to host your whole family!

The surrounding area of Indio is rich in culture and history, with numerous local attractions such as the Coachella Valley History Museum, the Indio Performing Arts Center, and the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino which offers concerts, dining, and gaming. This service is useful for guests who might not have access to a car and need to visit neighboring towns.

Perfect place to stay for 1-2 people

Great little place. Easy check-in and out, good communication. The bed was comfy, the room amenities were good, Kurig coffee, washer/dryer, full fridge, great water pressure in the shower. My only complaint is the HOA amenities were difficult to access for the pool. We stayed 6 days and it was a perfect home away from home.
