You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private beach and dock. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout, with Smart TVs in every bedroom and common area, an in-home washer and dryer, central AC and heating, and ample gated parking.



Self check-in is available via smart lock. A concierge is available on select days for support and local recommendations, especially helpful for extended stays.

This home requires a 30-night minimum outside festival season.



Pool heating is capped at $1,000/month with 24 hours' notice; spa heating is free. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; kindly keep them off beds and furniture ($150 per affected bed).



Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am, no amplified music or events.
