Outdoor:

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

There is plenty of room to lounge in front of the 65-inch Samsung Smart Television in the comfort of the section sofa. This opens up to the spacious gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Samsung French door refrigerator with a freezer drawer, and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops. Enjoy dinners at the dining table with seating for 10 or enjoy company at the island with seating for 2.

Master Suite 1 is the first bedroom off the hallway and features a King-sized bed, Twin-sized Daybed with Twin-Sized trundle, 55-inch Vizio Smart Television, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and two vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located next to the front door and features a Full-sized bed, Twin-sized Futon Bed, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 3 has a private entrance accessible through the front courtyard. The Casita features a Full-sized bed, Twin-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, and switch-controlled ceiling fan. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a pedestal sink.

Bedroom 4 is located next to Bedroom 5 and features a Full-sized Bunk bed with a Full-sized trundle, a 42-inch Samsung Smart Television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a desk for you to get remote work done. Bedroom 5 is located next to the Laundry Room and features two Full-sized beds, a 55-inch TCL Smart Television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. Bedroom 6 is located next to entrance doors and features a Queen-sized bed, Queen-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, switch-controlled ceiling fan and a piano. Bonus Room 7 is located across Suite 2, with a King-sized bed, HDTV, and a reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom 4 is located next to the Laundry Room and features a shower, bathtub combo, and double vanity sinks. Powder Room 5 is located in the hallway across from Master Suite 1 and features a pedestal sink.

Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head quickly to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
