The house is such great rental for families and group of friends who want to stay together and have true resort experience. The house normally hosts 6 people with the original bedrooms; however, the guest room provides additional space for 2 extra guests. Please note that the guest room's entrance is from garage to make it easy to access 1st floor bathroom. Check-in process made easy by smart door locks which helps guests to enter the house without in person interaction with the host. During cold days, pool is heated to 85 F upon request with an additional fee of $50.00 per day.

You can tell this is a rental property. Its nice enough with some nice touches but touch up painting is messy, the bedrooms are sparce, except the master, ceiling fan in the bedfoom next to the master is hard to operate. Might by the batteries in the remote. Less than a dozen coat hangers between the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Corners were cut, in lew of the bottom line.

Beautiful home and neighborhood just as photos displayed. Quiet neighborhood and so close to everything. The house is very well stocked. The pool was amazing and Rolando is an amazing host. We can't wait to come back again!
