Rude Incharge

The staff especially those who are incharge are not kind enough and do not work toward Customer delight, like Jyoti , they just follow strict hotel policies and canā€™t do even small things for you. staff at junior level they are very good and polite but they donā€™t have anything in their hands. Stay was comfortable but when you go for breakfast you will mismanagement everywhere.
