The two-story property features a living room with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared area with covered terrace, barbecue, pool, garden, and outdoor shower. The villa is in a quiet, hilly rural area; we recommend using a car to get around. The location is convenient: the nearest shopping center is about 10 minutes away, supermarkets are nearby, Varese city center is 15 minutes, Lugano, Lake Maggiore, and Lake Como are 50 minutes, and Milan is about 1.5 hours away. There is one parking space on the property and two in a garage; additional free parking is available on the street.

Séjour très agréable !

Environnement campagnard et calme. Magasins proches. Gîte choisi précisément pour la visite des lacs du nord ouest de Orta à Côme, et de Milan et environs, car situé au coeur du réseau routier menant très facilement à tous ces sites. Chambres bien disposées. Gîte très propre, salle de séjour agréable. Séjour très agréable. Propriétaires sur place, disponibles si besoin, très discrets.
