A beautiful hotel in a a superb location. Friendly and attentive staff, and excellent food. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were lovely as were all the other spa and wellness facilities. There are multiple saunas and steam rooms. Could not fault this hotel in anyway.

It was incredible! The staff especially Oliver went out of their way to make everything enjoyable. Family run business too. The pool was kept pristine the saunas and hot tubs were so relaxing. Plenty of towels and loungers for guests. The food is top notch if you included the dinner. Walkable to transportation, shopping, and dining We will definitely be back next year!

Spa area large with indoor pool, steam room infra red room and jacuzzi as well as heated outdoor pool. Outside in the pool with snow falling - amazing! Also spa treatments available. This is an old property, 1st room we got was adjacent to food and dining area. Contant noise. Got switched to a botter room, no watter or kettle in the room. Felt it wasn't really a 4 star location. Staff were wonderful but didnt make up for the property
