Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just outside Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants all very close. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Very good service from staff, very helpful. We arrived after the reception closed but the staff waited for us so we had a good welcoming. Staff helped us get around. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurant nearby. The views from our room very incredible. Breakfast was good and the beds very very comfortable and clean.

Perfect Stay in Interlaken

Perfect hotel in Interlaken with easy access to train, bus and walking the town. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony had great views of the mountains and paragliders, and the breakfast was a nice touch.
