Just opposite to the Interlaken west train station and close to all other amenities. We booked superior quadruple room with mountain View. The Jungfraujoch view from the balcony was amazing. Very good selection of breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very convenient to transportation, the staff are super helpful and the daily breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The hotel is a little dated and linens and mattress need improvement. Other that I would recommend this hotel when in interlaken.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfy. Front desk staff was really nice welcoming and helpful. They provided us good information about surrondings. Breakfast was fresh and feeling. Clean room, good size, great views (we were on the 3rd floor). Breakfast was very good, fresh food. Very warm welcome from the staff. Detailed and clear information provided at check-in. Clean room with mini fridge, water heater, and coffee/tea supplies.
