No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home.
You may smoke outside only—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. This is a $500 charge if there is evidence of smoking inside the home.

Pets - No unauthorized pets.

Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.
No parties, loud music, or large gatherings.

Cleanliness
Please treat our home with care and leave it in good condition.
Dishes used should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher.
Trash should be placed in designated bins.

Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
No candles or open flames inside.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security devices.

Water & Septic
Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper—this home is on a septic system.

Communication
If anything breaks or isn’t working properly, please notify us right away so we can take care of it.
