Located in the peaceful Surfside area of Inverloch, a short walk to the beach and Esplanade and only a quick drive to the village where you will find lovely cafes ,restaurants, shops and Galleries. The Inlet is located just nearby which is perfect for young families to play, swim and explore.


Our cosy house has everything you will need to make your stay complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan dining, lounge area, which has a sunroom adjoining it which is ideal spot to enjoy a peaceful morning cuppa.
Staples provided, Tea, coffee, sugar, Salt Pepper, Glad wrap and Foil
and Teatowels, dish soap ,dish cloths, Washing powder for laundry.



The next level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a laundry

Downstairs is another living/ rumpus room with plenty of seating. Here you will find another TV, DVD, Video games, books and board games for those times when you just want to chill out. This area is perfect for kids/ teenagers play games, watch TV. There is also another bathroom in this area for you convenience as well.

The large treed backyard is fully fenced, the perfect spot for a game of backyard cricket or a relax on the back porch with a cold one after a day at the beach.

Home away from home

Rae’s house was so comfortable that we never wanted to leave. We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in. The living areas and kitchen are big and spacious, with a fully stocked pantry. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of linen and pillows provided. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with all basic necessities. Everyone enjoyed the very comfortable stay at Rae’s house. Rae was awesome with communication during reservation and check in, and provided all necessary details on time. Check in was a smooth process, and she was gracious to allow us for a late checkout as well. Would definitely recommend her property to anyone staying in Inverloch.

Well appointed house with everything that was needed for family holiday. Has multiple living areas that are great for family. Communication with owner was easy and good with a minor question during checkin resolved quickly. Had a great time and would go back again.

Beautiful Holiday Home

This home is so lovely, and has everything you need for a family holiday! Beds are super comfy with quality bedding/linen. It has a bright and modern feel and plenty of seating inside and out. Lots of movies to choose from and the kids loved the cricket set! It really felt like a home away from home and we can’t wait to come back! The host couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks for providing us with a clean, well maintained and loved home for our holiday!

What a beautiful stay. From the moment we walked in things couldn't have been better. Spotless property and the owner Raelene was most welcoming adding some lovely little extras. Ample amenities for our group of 7 adults and one child. Can't wait to our next stay at this property.

Very comfortable, great location

This was a comfortable and very convenient house to stay in while we were working in the area for a few weeks. Not too far from the shops, walking distance from the beach and comfortable rooms. The area downstairs is particularly nice.
