Welcome to Cozy Mountain, nestled between the Kootenay Mountains. After a day on the slopes at Panorama, warm up by the fireplace, play board games, and enjoy a glass of wine. Take a stroll to the beach from our front door, or drive a short distance to the nearby hot springs. This vacation rental offers the best of both worlds—combining the feel of a beachside resort with a cozy mountain cabin. Enjoy amenities like hot tubs, a pool, a gym, and access to Disney+ & Netflix for ultimate relaxation.

You'll have full access to everything in the suite. This space was designed with the intention of being a Vacation Rental and everything in here is there for our guests to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

This resort style complex is immediately beside the Lake near the beach. About a 20 minute drive to Panorama and about a 10 minute drive to Radium Hot Springs.



Getting Around:

Many things are within walking distance however there are two parking spaces included if you'd like to bring your vehicles. For more than 2 vehicles, there's also plenty of visitors parking.

The pool and 2nd hot tub are open for the season!!



Rules for Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Use:

• DO NOT use the pool or hot tubs during an electrical storm!

• A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool or hot tub.

• Proper swimming diapers must be worn by all infants and toddlers.

• No running, jumping, or diving.

• Unsupervised use by children under the age of 12 is prohibited in the pool and hot tub.

• No food, alcohol, or glass containers.

• No Styrofoam toys in swimming pool and hot tubs.

• No persons suffering from communicable diseases, open sores, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs are allowed in the pool or hot tub.



Swimming Pool/ Hot Tub Hours of Operation:

General Use: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Daily

Please note: The pool & 2nd hot tub typically open on the May long weekend and close the end of the last weekend in September, subject to weather and pool maintenance requirements.

Doors lock automatically at 10PM. (If you are not out of the pool and in the changing room by 10pm, you will be locked out).

Please note: Pool cleaning in progress before 10am.

Please be sure to put back the fob on the key rack after use. If LOST - a fine of $150 may incur



*We would like to inform our valued guests that we are not in direct control of the maintenance and operations of the pool and hot tub facilities. While we strive to provide a pleasant and well-maintained environment, there may be occasions where maintenance or unforeseen circumstances require temporary closures or restricted access to the pool and hot tub areas. Speak with your booking agent for updates on building amenities.*

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

Fantastic Stay at Cozy Mountain Resort

Property was exactly as listed. Comfortable, very functional and perfect for a family. Great location, walking distance to beach, and in close proximity with to everything you could need. Property managers were very quick to respond for enquires or needs. Highly recommend and will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Invermere.

Quick stay on Motorcycle tour

The place was definitely perfect for the four of us to stay overnight on our motorcycle tour. Easy access to the property with great parking. The unit itself is extremely clean and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a very good size for any length of stay. The only reason we gave four stars for location and area is that it is right beside the highway. There was definitely traffic noise but we didn’t find it disruptive. The host was super responsive and was easy to deal with. We did have a problem with the check-in process, but Riley got that resolved quickly for me. Thanks Riley!

AMAZING !!!

This was our first time ever staying at a VRBO and I was nervous as to what to expect. I doubt I will ever stay in a hotel again! Our host was very patient and kind with all my "first timer" questions! Our condo was just like the pictures, rustic and perfect for our BC getaway. This unit had everything we needed and we had a comfortable stay. The owner's instructions to access the building were easy and the owners checked in with me to see if everything was good:) The building and amenities could use some attention, namely the hallway rugs and pool.

Horrible location, right on the Trans Canada and you could hear it all night.

The property is stocked poorly, only two stemmed wine glasses, no draining board, not well stocked enough for making meals if you cook, darker window coverings are needed, drawers for clothes and would have been nice to be informed that the pool and hot tubs were out of commission.
