Welcome to 5 Riverside Gardens – a bright, modern second-floor apartment offering comfort, convenience, and peace just steps from the River Ness. Perfectly located, you can enjoy the calm of a riverside neighbourhood while being within easy walking distance of Inverness city centre, Eden Court Theatre, and Bught Park.



The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms:



Master bedroom: Super king bed with en-suite shower room and large wardrobes.



Second bedroom: Twin beds, perfect for families or friends.



The spacious lounge offers seating for 4 and a TV with Freeview. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, and a dining table for 4. We provide all basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper.



The apartment also has a family bathroom with over-bath electric shower. Fresh white towels, toiletries, and quality bed linens are provided for every guest.
