The cosy holiday apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby bed and a high chair. Furthermore the apartment comes with a beautiful wrap-around balcony (southeast-southwest) with a table, chairs and loungers, where you can start your morning with a hot cup of coffee.



A community garden with garden furniture, table tennis, a barbecue and a sauna (in house no. 5) are also on the property. With a playground in the garden, this accommodation is also particularly child-friendly. Shops, restaurants, cafés and bars are within 10 minutes walking distance. The next supermarket is only a 10-minute walk (850 m) away, while the next bakery is only an 8-minute walk (700 m) away. After only 350 m (4 minutes) you will reach the beautiful spa gardens with their fragrant plants and a Kneipp facility. Only 750 m away (7 minutes) the popular water park Badepark Inzell awaits you. This is the perfect accommodation for ski enthusiasts, as the Kessel ski lift is only a 6-minute drive away (2.9 km). The Rauschbergbahn can be found after a 30-minute drive, where you can drive up to the top of the mountains and enjoy the most beautiful panoramic view.
