The hotel is at good location and transport is very convenient. Although no bus, grab is very easy and fast. It near to attractions and eateries. It linked to a big mall that allows us go shopping, massage, etc. Room facilities are good and drinking water is 24 hrs available. Room and bathroom are spacious too. A good stay at WEIL Hotel! The modern rooms are stylish and comfortable, with great city views. One of the rooms was smelly with smoking ordour. Asked for a replacement which they agreed to, then we decided to roam around the city. Upon our return, they offered a cheaper room. Which we questioned, was so unhappy with the response given. After a series of arguments, i asked for a refund. Then suddenly, there was a last min cancelation for another room which is comparable to what we pay. Horrible experience!
