Very helpful and thoughtful staff. Upgraded room had wonderful view of open parkland. Guest lounge/living area provided fridge, microwave and dining seating. Location close to train station and buses. Supermarket and town centre about 1km from the accomodation. Garden and entrance need attention and don’t reflect the care of the interior. A pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent service throughout. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Only two little issues, one was the shower was fine but water sprayed everywhere when trying to wash and secondly which I know you cannot fix is it’s close to railway station so hear trains up till 2 in the morning if bathroom door isn’t closed, besides that room was nice and overall it was a nice stay.
