Townhome is an end unit, nobody above or below you. Irvine is rated as one of the safest and best cities to live in America. Property rents quickly!! Located in the heart of Orange County! Close to beach, Disneyland, shopping and dining. Granite countertops & hardwood floors, with a new in-unit front load washer / dryer, and 55' & 42' Flat screen TVs & Wifi.
