Property was worn and in deteriorating condition. Carpets were damp and filthy and hadn't been cleaned in what must have been years. Cracked and broken sheetrock walls and broken door frames. On the positive side it was one step above sleeping in your car.

This hotel was very run down. They have two buildings and one was converted out of an old Lima bean silo which could have been cool but it hasn’t been properly maintained. The room had a bad smell which made my husband immediately ask if we could leave and sleep somewhere else. The elevator had patched up holes in it. The entire place smelled like cheap floor cleaner. It was just bad. We ended up leaving 2 hours earlier then we had to just to get out of that atmosphere.

From the outside, this place looked like a minimum-security prison. We walked in expecting the worst, but the lobby was surprisingly nice, so we thought, “Hey, maybe it’s not that bad!” Spoiler alert: it was that bad. The carpet in the room looked like it had survived a frat party, stains everywhere. The couch had mystery marks, the lamp shades had stains on them, and clearly the vacuum cleaner hadn’t seen the inside of that room in a very long time. There was dog hair, debris, and whatever else you don’t want touching your socks. Now for the good news: the beds, sheets, and pillow cases were clean! We checked. No bed bugs *praise Jesus! But just when we thought we’d found the silver lining, we noticed someone had jammed an incense stick into the bathroom outlet which just goes to show you what a terrible job housekeeping did. Honestly, the place had strong “rented by the hour” energy.

The room smelt funny and the water would not shut completely off. They should install an actual laundry facility for family to need to wash clothes. Additionally, I appreciate the breakfast. It was a tremendous help for our trip.

Sink in bathroom was filthy with someone’s hair still in it. We went and complained and the front desk weren’t any help so we left. We didn’t end up staying. The room did not look like it had a good cleaning in awhile.

Very quick and easy check-in. Room was fine although we had a slow runny bathroom sink. Other than that the room was good. Breakfast was good too.
