The rooms were clean, keep in mind if you want a larger room, the rooms with twin beds vice one single bed are larger and may have more amenities. The staff were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

Small but very efficient hotel near bus and ferry station. They offer many amenities which was free including breakfast, coffee and other kind of drinks. They also offer complimentary alcohol after 3pm. Great service by everyone in the hotel. Will be back, The only negative thing was the bed were little hard for us.

Hotel Patina is a unique place to stay. The staff are always available. The location is on the outskirts of Ishigaki town. The bathroom was tight, but manageable. Breakfast was well done with kitchen attendants ready to help.

This hotel clearly aims to make its guests having a comfortable stay. It not only provides free-of-charge coffee and a variety of herbal tea leaves, teapots and cups but also recipes for brewing different kinds of herbal teas depending on your needs such as relaxation etc. There are also free alcoholic drinks provided in the evening. Guests can make their own cocktail drinks. They even provide essential oils, burners and candles for guests to use in their rooms. The breakfast does not have many choices but are of good quality. The only downside is that the bathroom in the room is very small.

Solid choice smaller hotel

A short walk (7 minutes) from both the main shopping area and the port, the Patina makes a good base. The rooms are pleasant though not spacious. Well equipped. Remove shoes before entering room. Pajamas supplied. Washing machines and detergent free, charge for dryer. Free mouthwash and other toiletries. High level of eco awareness - perks offered for skipping daily towel/sheets changing. Good breakfast buffet. Free parking. Helpful staff.

スタッフの対応は悪くなかったですが、チェックインの際に、部屋に何もないから必要なものはフロント前に置いてあるところから持って行って下さいと言われました。アメニティ、部屋着、部屋用スリッパ、館内用スリッパと持っていかなければいけないものだらけ。ただでさえ旅行で荷物持ってるのに、部屋に何も置いてないとか不親切すぎます。しかも部屋着もサイズがおかしくてどれ選んでいいかわからない。ズボンはSでもガバガバ。旦那はTシャツXL選んだのにピチピチ。意味がわかりません。朝食も品数が少なく味噌汁もレトルト？みたいなやつでちょっと残念でした。あと部屋のドアの開け方がよくわからなくてストレスでした。洗濯が無料でできるのはありがたかったです。

思ったよりビジネスホテル感があった。ので、スーツケースを広げっぱなしとはいかなかった。ドリンクバーがありお酒も飲み放題なので、とても素晴らしいサービスと感じた！掃除やタオル交換など必要におおじてポイントが貯められ、ポイントでお酒やお菓子などに交換できて嬉しがったです！

離島ターミナルやユーグレナモールまで徒歩10分くらいで立地が良いです(^^) 無料のレンタサイクルもあり、自転車だとすぐに繁華街へ出れます。ホテルのスタッフさんみなさんとても親切だし、24時間飲み放題のキンキンに冷えたさんぴん茶やホットコーヒーなどあり、とても助かりました！洗濯機もあって、洗剤も無料で置いてあります(^^)ハンガーやピンチ等も貸していただけ、大変助かりました。また石垣に行く事があれば、是非利用させていただきたいです。

ミニマムな作りですが、オーナーさんのこだわりが詰まった素敵な空間でした！ウェルカムドリンクや朝食も美味しく頂きました！チェックアウトの際、エコポイントがたまってお菓子やドリンクと交換するシステムに感動しました。スタッフさんの対応も良く、快く宿泊出来ました。ありがとうございます。

思い出に残る旅になりました

コロナ自粛中でしたが夏休みという事で強行して2泊3日でお世話になりました。従業員の方々皆さんとても感じ良く対応してくれました。ランドリーは24時間使用可能で洗剤、柔軟剤も小分けで無料提供で家族旅行で水着、服など洗い物が多く出るのでとても助かりました。エントランスにある、ハーブティーやお茶もティーポットに入れ部屋に持ち込めたのがとても嬉しかったです。スプーン、茶器全て個包装になっており感染予防も全て行き届いているなぁと感じました。またお値段もとても格安で、また是非利用させていただきたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。
