雨が室外機と屋根に当たってうるさいけど、そのほかの点は満足でした。大きいテレビが部屋にあり、一階の入り口のところにコーヒーや、ウォーターサーバーがありその点もすごく助かりました。

エアコン、2ドアの冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、テレビ、椅子とテーブルがあり必要充分です。 バスタブがなく、シャワーのみですが、水量や温度は申し分ありません。下水の匂いはありますが、部屋までは臭いません。トイレも新しいウォシュレットです。この価格帯では快適な宿泊施設だと思います。
