We stayed closest to the beach in #1 HUGE mistake. It's right on the path where everyone passes so constant traffic. The music that plays on the beach does not let you rest until 11pm. The windows only have partial glass.The other half is just a screen so you're constantly hearing all the noise from outside and there's no way that you could close the windows so you could have some quiet. There is no TV, no phones in your cabin, wifi only in the breakfast area.

These rooms are amazing! So comfortable, quiet and a very short walk to the beach. I wish we would’ve had more time here. The lady at the front desk (Eva, I believe) was amazing, nice and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was great and they made it to-go for us since we were leaving early the next morning.

The bunglows are very nice and the property is lovely. We really enjoyed the "family" pool, which was right by our bungalow. The "adult" pool was nice, although we were disappointed that the swim up bar was not open during our stay. Adam at reception was extremely helpful and made our visit more enjoyable!

The space was perfect and beautiful for our family stay. Breakfast included was delicious. We thought it was a continental type breakfast but no. This is a full cooked to order meal. Staff was great, they went out of their way to help us. The beach access is great and the pool is nice too.

Perfect location

Our only complaint was the air conditioning wasn’t very strong. We loved this hotel. Access to the beach and restaurants was incredible. The staff were amazingly accommodating and helpful. On our last day the island was being evacuated ahead of a hurricane, but the staff continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Nice Hotel right at the beach. Very friendly staff and the location is perfect as the hotel is not too far from the city center (10min walk) but far away from all the beach bars which can get a little louder when they turn on the music. Forget the fancy hotels at the end of the island you will always have to take a taxi to get to the city center. Hotel is clean. It is not a luxury hotel but we felt very comfortable there for the 3 days we stayed in Holbox. Breakfast is ok, wifi is available rounnd the reception.
