The room and bathroom were both sparklingly clean and spacious, with excellent quality mattresses and beds. The blinds were useful, but the room tended to get noisy, particularly after 9:30 in the morning when you could hear music playing from the nearby restaurant. Although it's a fantastic location, it might not be the best choice if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep and unwind. Nevertheless, considering the price, it still represents excellent value.i still give them 5 Starts.

Clean, comfortable botique hotel that is centrally located. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy walk to ferry,beaches, and restaurants. I would stay here again! If the rooms had a small refrigerator then it would have been absolutely perfect!

Hotel was exactly as it appears in photos. Large rooms with excellent natural light from balcony. Had a small yet perfect pool in the back patio for cooling off in the afternoon. We spent time in the back garden in the hammocks listening to the restaurants music next door. Mario at the front desk was great and was very helpful. Bed was firm yet comfortable. Perfect (and affordable) place for our Holbox trip.
