Observación para mejorar la calidad

Nos gustó mucho el espacio, la habitación muy linda, aunque el área de lavabo es reducida, todo muy bien, el recepcionista, super amable, el único detalle que puedo observar y que sí no fue agradable, es que no sale mucha agua de la regadera, tienes que estar contado gotas. No sé si solo sea en esa habitación o en todas falta presión pero es algo que sí deberían revisar porque se pierde mucho tiempo en algo tan básico y que debería de ser en 5 a 7 mins.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tikul on Holbox! Everything was really great – from the spacious room with a sea view to the super friendly and easygoing service. We even got some great tips from the staff, and whenever we needed anything – like a taxi – help was there in no time. The hotel is not located in the center, which some might see as a downside, but for us, it was ideal. No noisy bars at night, yet still close to everything: the beach, restaurants, and little shops. We rented bikes and were in the center within 5 minutes. Riding along the beach with the bikes was an absolute dream! The room was incredibly spacious, and waking up to the ocean view from bed was amazing. A small downside is that a building is being constructed in front of the hotel, partially blocking the view. Luckily, there was no noise during our stay. One thing that was a bit uncomfortable: the toilet had no door, which could be awkward. One of us simply stepped out to the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the turquoise sea view instead! All in all, it was a truly fantastic stay. Just a few minor things that could be improved, but we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway on Holbox.

Super encantados con el hotel, amables, facil acceso, siempre estan pendientes de ti, esta super ubicado, a solo 100 metros de la playa, y en todo el año ese lado de la isla está super bonito. Definitivamente regresaré
