First class Rrsort from beginning to end. Had the ocean front queen suite where the view was remarkable! Truly one of the prettiest views we have had at a hotel. Pools , restaurants, staff and accommodations were all 5 star!

Very Nice Resort and AMAZING STAFF!

Honestly, we started with a pretty bad experience with some issues pertaining to our room. However, we mentioned it to Natalia at the concierge and she was SUPER accommodating! Needless to say that the issues were resolved immediately. Definitely recommend Cheeca Lodge & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing get-away.

Lovely property, rooms were big and clean. Toilet flush was very temperamental. Dining options were not to our taste - personally we found it very expensive for both food and drink and found the food to be quite average. Not enough vegetarian options.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

I was a little dissatisfied with our experience. We looked at booking our wedding here and I am grateful we didn’t. The good stuff was our room was great large and really lovely. It had a small kitchen and screened in porch. The shuttle and the two young men who ran that service was really great ! Helped us see a lot and we could eat off the resort. What we didn’t like was our room was pretty far from the main building. The grounds seemed unkept. Dirty day beds around the hot tub and the man-made lagoon area quite dirty. The pool was probably my biggest complaint. There were absolutely no seats and on the first day I thought it was just a fluke there were towels thrown everywhere and there are signs that say they’ll be cleaned every 30 minutes, but they all had wet dirty towels on them and you didn’t know who was sitting where. On the second day again we could not get any seats and they had a large area of lounge chairs reserved which I’m not sure for what. We had to go to the adult pool, where there was no bar open , it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. When we checked the woman didn’t so much as even asked me how our stay was and she got up to walk outside to speak to an employee and left me there. We really thought we would love Checca but next time will try a different resort
