Welcome to Anchors Away! Located directly on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk in beautiful Wild Dunes Resort, this professionally decorated, bright and airy 4-bedroom/4-bathroom home is only steps away from two oceanfront pools, a cabana cafe/bar with seasonal live entertainment, and of course, THE BEACH! Also within easy walking distance to most Wild Dunes restaurants and amenities, including the Tennis Center, The Pro Shop, Sweetgrass Inn and Pavilion, Coastal Crust Pizza, Hudson's Market, Woody's Cafe, and the Sand and Sea Spa.

This home has been professionally decorated with four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for couples or families traveling together.

First floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, patio with steps to the boardwalk, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (tub/shower) and king bed.
Second floor: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (tub/shower) and two queen beds, another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two queen beds, and a crib.
Third floor: Master bedroom with recently renovated en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a separate shower and a large walk-in closet, as well as a private balcony with ocean views.

Additionally, guests have access to the two Grand Pavilion oceanfront pools, which are open year-round (not heated). Golf tee times and lessons, tennis clinics, and bike rentals are available for an additional fee. We provide all linens (including beach towels), as well as ten beach chairs, two sand umbrellas, one beach wagon, and miscellaneous beach toys for guest use.

Anchors Away is a perfect vacation place for my family, 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom gives everyone the privacy they need. The dining area had a good sized table that we could all sit around. Wild Dunes is a fantastic location with pools, golf courses, restaurants and of course the ocean. Anchors away is right on the Boardwalk in waking distance to everything.Charleston is a great city with FABULOUS restaurants.

This was a great property in a great location; the whole house seemed very clean and had everything we could have needed and expected. Nice to have extras like fans, blankets, sand toys, some kids' games. Kitchen was well-equipped. Property manager was SO prompt in getting back to us with info and answers to questions!

What a great property for our two family. Darlene the property concierge was excellent prior to our stay and during our time there. Perfect vacation spot!

This property was perfect for our vacation! The house is located right near all of the amenities of the resort which made everything very accessible. The house itself was beautiful and clean. Prior to our stay, we had communication from the property manager and were given a contact of someone on call in case we needed anything during our stay. We loved our trip and would highly recommend staying at this location!

Even though it rained most of our stay, we had a great time relaxing at the house, eating at a few of Charleston’s fabulous restaurants and getting on the beach between raindrops.House was clean and comfortable and the property manager was wonderful to work with.

Great Thanksgiving

Property manager, Darlene, was excellent. Most responsive property manager I have ever had. We had the Thanksgiving buffet and Friday night oyster roast, both were excellent. This is a great location. You can walk to anything you might need. Property condition could not be better, plenty of space, clean, and up to date. Can't think of any negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

Our family has been coming to IOP and Wild Dunes for 15+ years. This is our first time staying in one of the Grand Pavilion homes right on the boardwalk. I don't think we will stay anywhere else moving forward. The check-in process was easy, and communication from the host was timely and accurate. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and the house provided tons of room and ample sleeping arrangements. Having a short walk to all the pools, the beach, and the market shops was awesome. We look forward to getting back ASAP.

Overall the stay was amazing! It was our 1st time in Charleston and we will visit again. The house was clean and spacious, exactly as it appeared online. The pools were nice and the short walk to the beach was awesome. We walked the beach every night and the sunsets were great!

Layout worked well for multi-generational group. Kitchen a bit tight for big group. Access to beach and pool very good. Host very helpful, especially during storm. Even with tropical storm, we got to the beach every day. Resort staff friendly.

We loved staying at this beautiful property! We have been vacationing at Wild Dunes for over 15 years and this has been one of our favorite properties to date. This was a great place to stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed! It was very spacious and we loved that every room had their own bathroom. Such a great place!

House was as advertised, but better! Very large rooms and pretty sound proof from level to level (we traveled with lots of littles so this was such a nice bonus). Beach, pool and restaurants are steps away making it so easy for groups of all ages. Hope to make this house an annual stop!
